Danscentre is also an approved centre with Sports Leaders UK and is accredited to teach the Award in Dance Leadership. This award is an ideal starting point for people from 14 years who wish to develop their leadership skills engaging others in enjoyable dance experience.

The qualification teaches generic skills such as organisation, planning, communication and teamwork through the medium of dance. It is a fun and practical qualification with no entrance requirements or final examinations to sit.
