Suitable for adults and students age 18+ our classes run in short blocks of between 4-6 weeks and can now be booked online. This is an ideal opportunity to try whilst online from the comfort of your own home and space.
Classes are normally available at our main hub on Hutcheon Street in Aberdeen City Centre, however Block 1 2020 will be delivered online via Zoom. Just one class a week can make a significant improvement to your mental health and physical well-being. From Dance Cardio to Advanced Ballet, we will help you tone up bums and tums, lengthen your lines, and get you feeling bootylicious!
