Suitable for adults and students age 18+, our classes run in short blocks of between 4-6 weeks and can now be booked online.

Just one class a week can make a significant improvement to your mental health and physical well-being. From Dance Work Out to General Ballet, we will help you tone up bums and tums, lengthen your lines, and get you feeling bootylicious!
