Suitable for adults and students age 18+, our classes run in short blocks of between 4-7 weeks and can be booked online.

Just one class a week can make a significant improvement to your mental health and physical well-being. From Dance Work Out to Ballet, classes will get a sweat on and focus on fitness, flexibility and having fun!
