This year’s production is unlike any other in our history. For the first time, every pupil from Primary 1 to S6, alongside our adult dancers, is invited to participate and take to the HMT stage as part of a celebration of Danscentre’s past, present and future.

DC40 - The Journey
Thursday 18 & Friday 19 March 2027
The Journey is a production featuring all current Primary 1 to S6 pupils.
Together, we will revisit iconic moments from Danscentre’s most memorable past shows,
honouring four decades of creativity, community, and dance education. This is a rare opportunity for our youngest dancers to perform at HMT, joining our older students in a shared celebration of the school’s legacy.
DC40 - The Gala
Saturday 20 March 2027

The Gala is a one night only event marking Karen’s retirement and the transition of DC leadership to Michelle. It will feature:​

This evening will honour the dancers, teachers, families, and creative voices who haveshaped Danscentre since 1987. It is a celebration of Karen’s vision and Michelle’s leadershipinto the next chapter, and the extraordinary community that has grown around the school.
