Adult Ballet with Charlotte Summer Block

Service Description

Intermediate Adult Ballet - Suitable for adults with past experience of Ballet either as an adult or student. Not suitable for beginners. The format of this is based on a traditional Ballet class and aims to strengthen the core, improve posture and develop overall fitness as well as encouraging the joy of movement to beautiful music. The class will challenge and develop overall strength, conditioning and coordination.
