NEW ONLINE CLASSES FOR ADULTS

We are excited to be launching a range of online classes for Adults in 2021 including Ballet, Commercial, Tap, Dance Work Out and Dance Cardio! These will begin in January, with the first block running for five weeks.


Just one class a week can make a significant improvement to your mental health and physical well-being. We'll help you tone up bums and tums, lengthen your lines, and get you feeling bootylicious! Find the right class for you, below:



BALLET - GENERAL BALLET WITH CHARLOTTE

MONDAYS: 7.15-8.00PM


Suitable for adults with little or some experience. This class blends the artistry and technique of ballet with the sculpting effects of pilates and freedom of movement of contemporary. This class caters for beginners to those who have had some previous experience, perhaps from your childhood days! The class aims to strengthen the core, improve posture and develop overall fitness as well as encouraging the joy of movement to beautiful music.
